- Have at least one year of continuous full-time or equivalent paid work experience in the past 10 years in a skilled occupation (National Occupational Classification skill level 0, A or B);
- Prove language ability in English CLB 7 in all four skills
- Canadian Secondary or post secondary degree or foreign credentials and an Education Credential Assessment.
